OOAK Faery Angel
This OOAK is 11" tall, she is sculpted from artist quality polymer clay. Her wings are handmade by me, from translucent
clay so delicate yet strong. She has a whistful expression as she contemplates life.
She stand upon a solid maple base and she is sculpted over a strong wire armature.

Here is a picture taken up behind Nickel Plate Mine, in Hedley BC just next to the open pit, I counted 16 mountain goats, incredible animals and a delight to see.

This beautiful bowl was turned from a birch burl
it's beautiful grains are magnified in it's fine finish,
Tim's work is amasing and we can't keep much of it around
as it's often requested for gifts and goes faster than he can find time to make it all.

Day one of the new blog, so much to do! I plan to fill this with pictures of our artwork. Wood turning, metal art, ooak sculpts, gourd carvings, jewelry, and what ever else comes along. We are always scouting out inspiration and design ideas for our hands to try.
I will post pictures as often as possible for viewing. Please be patient I am new to this format, but am going to give a go. So this is the beginning of a new adventure, come along with me. As our job is one that takes us across the continent, I will try to share our sights with you as well. Today we are in transit to Oregon, then Calgary and back home to the beautiful Okanagan. Drop by again and see whats new,,,,,,till then
